I’ve mentioned here and there about our little getaway to Big Bear in December. I finally put together some photos that Charles took during the trip. We mostly stayed inside the cabin. It was like a little castle for the children, 8 kids (+2 babies), to run around, to explore, or to make each other mad and laugh...
The snow was so bright that almost blinded me!
One of the genius dads started to build a snowman, and it turned out to be as big as a real man size!
Hanging out with friends in the Big Bear cabin has become a tradition in our family. (like this one in 2015) This was one of those few moments over the year that I finally felt that I was more connected to friends than to our children. A little break out of the daily routine. That’s all we parents need. That’s all the kids need.
