Talking Race and Diversity to My Kids

I’ve been reading articles and news about injustice, racism, and protests the past few days; and this Fowl Language Comics had stayed in my mind.

I first introduced Martin Luther King Jr. to my oldest:
Martin Luther King, Jr. (My Itty-Bitty Bio)

I also started to pick some books that talk about race and diversity from the digital library epic! Here are some examples
I Am Brown by Ashok Banker

A Map into the World by Kao Kalia Yang

Let Freedom by Sing Vanessa Newton
Beautiful Moon by Tonya Bolden
Yes, I want to raise my children to become anti-racist and I believe it goes a long way.
