Out and About | Mommy and Son Date to Kidspace

little en and I had a mommy-and-son date on Tuesday:)

I found this place, Kidspace Children’s Museum in Pasadena, on the Internet a while ago. We visited the place twice already when little en was only a few months old. Now he’s two. I figured it was about time to revisit again!

Although he was still too young to know how to play those interesting activities, he was out there trying out everything he could.

He was once afraid of a turtle prop in the zoo. Look at him! only a piece of glass away from a tarantula...

We picked yesterday because the first Tuesday of every month from 4-8pm is free family night. (check hours and admission here) Both adult and children are $13 per person (only infant under 1yr is free), which is a little expensive for what it has in my opinion. There were a few indoor and outdoor exhibits that open for free family night. Each exhibit was a little smaller than what I expected. And some of the facilities were old or became rusty. Anyhow, the Physics Forest was a blast! We tried to experience every one of them!

Each child got a wristband for each task they tried.

I don’t think he got the idea of mommy-and-son date but we sure had lots of fun!
